We believe that everyone is entitled to their feelings, desires, and thoughts in the season that they are in. It is important to us that everyone that we meet feels heard, seen, and worthy of love and acceptance. Our goal in therapy is to provide you with someone you can trust to help you work through the complicated layers of what you are feeling. We believe that changes are necessary for a full and joyful life, but they can also be incredibly scary at times. Whether you are grieving the loss of what used to be or fearful of what is to come, we would love to help you find practical skills to bloom into the person you desire to be

There is no “one size fits all” approach to dealing with trauma or complicated emotions, but I would love to help you find ways that are unique to what YOU need to help you find your joy again. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field for 7 years. I use an integrated approach of different therapies such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based therapy and Psychoeducation. I have experience working with children/adolescents and adults. I have worked with individuals to counsel through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also have special training in perinatal mental health and Theraplay interventions. I have a passion for helping young adults navigate the many transitions that come with "growing up". I also enjoy working with new mothers who are facing the rollercoaster that comes with postpartum to help create a healthy space for both you and your baby. (I am happy to allow babies to join you for sessions until they are big enough to know what we are saying!) I would love to help you find healing and give you the confidence to face whatever tomorrow may bring.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, wild 3-year-old, and our newest baby boy. We love sports and traveling to new places and you can catch us watching football every Saturday in the Fall. I enjoy reading, nature, and spending time with friends.
"Like wildflowers; you must allow yourself to bloom in all the places people thought you never would."
